As our Shop Assistant, you’ll help keep our automotive shop clean, safe, organized, and running smoothly while gaining valuable hands-on experience through ongoing training.
What you’ll do:
- Clean and organize the shop
- Check in vehicles and perform quality-control checks
- Wash and wax vehicles
- Pick up and deliver parts as needed
- Perform light mechanical tasks, such as replacing wiper blades, adding air to tires, checking batteries, and changing cabin and engine air filters
- Assist the team with other duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
- No previous automotive experience required
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Safety-minded and eager to learn
- Motivated to build a career in the automotive industry
- A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
Pay and benefits:
- $16.00 per hour to start.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- No weekends
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 40 hours of vacation time in your first year
- One paid lunch each week
- Ongoing training and advancement opportunities
