Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a full-time Make Ready Technician in Sherman, TX to keep our apartments in top working condition, provide excellent customer service, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations. This position offers competitive pay starting at $19 per hour, depending on property size. We also provide great benefits and perks, including health insurance and paid time off (PTO). A Day in the Life of a Make Ready Technician As a Make Ready Technician, you are essential to maintaining our property in a clean, attractive, and safe condition. You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, helping to manage inventory, tools, and equipment needed for ongoing maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities Completing unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance Inspecting and maintaining buildings and grounds according to company policies Replacing electrical switches, plumbing fixtures, appliance parts, and locks Performing minor repairs to walls, woodwork, and doors Painting, groundskeeping, and trash removal Reporting and correcting safety hazards in a timely manner Take pride in your work and are driven to keep the property looking its best Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of maintenance experience in property management or a related field Ability to be on-call 24/7 Valid driver’s licensePrioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently? Value safety and take it seriously? Communicate well and work effectively with others? Work Schedule This is a full-time position, typically 40 hours or more per week.
