Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting preschool learners as a speech-language pathologist. This role is designed for candidates ready to work onsite and provide compassionate, individualized care. The assignment runs from August 31st, 2026, through June 15th, 2027, offering 35 to 37.5 hours across a standard Monday to Friday schedule. Enjoy working with a supportive team, and collaborating with SLPAs is welcomed for comprehensive student services.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Experience or interest in working with preschool-aged children
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
- Ability to supervise and work alongside SLPAs effectively
- Clear communication and documentation abilities
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in preschool students
- Develop personalized therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Work onsite within school settings to deliver direct services
- Consult and coordinate with educators, administrators, and family members
- Provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs as needed
- Maintain up-to-date records and track student progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
