This Bookkeeper will manage daily financial operations at a family-owned dealership, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in bookkeeping tasks. Proficiency in Intuit QuickBooks and strong account reconciliation skills are essential to thrive in this fast-paced small business environment. The role involves direct reporting to the dealership owner and being part of a small, collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation
- Manage accounts payable and vendor relationships
- Record and track financial transactions accurately
- Process invoices and monitor expenses
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare financial reports ensuring data accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and data entry
- Strong account reconciliation and accounts payable skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and effective communication abilities
