This role is ideal for an experienced payroll professional with strong time and attendance experience and knowledge of ADP and/or Workday systems. - Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Manage time and attendance records, audits, and reporting.
- Review payroll data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Support payroll-related employee inquiries.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable wage and hour regulations.
- Partner with HR and management on payroll, deductions, and employee data updates.
- Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliation, and system-related activities.
- Utilize ADP and/or Workday systems to support payroll processing and administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience.
- Experience with time and attendance administration.
- ADP experience required; Workday experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
