14 nights (Flexible Scheduling Available) Join Our Team North Florida Women's Care- North Florida's premier regional OBGYN group - is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB-GYN Hospitalist (Nocturnist) to join our award winning team. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians who enjoy the pace and autonomy of overnight inpatient practice in a supportive, collaborative environment. Position Highlights * Competitive nocturnist compensation * Productivity incentives * Signing bonus and relocation assistance available * Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, life, 403(b) retirement, CME allowance, and malpractice with tail coverage * 14 shift flexible schedule for excellent work-life balance * 24/7 anesthesia and in-house neonatology support (Level III NICU) * Opportunity to participate in teaching with the Florida State University College of Medicine * EPIC EMR system Responsibilities * Provide overnight coverage for our private practice patients on labor & delivery, antepartum, postpartum, as well as hospital unassigned GYN emergencies * Manage labor, deliveries, admissions, inpatient consults and emergency GYN procedures * Collaborate with our private practice physicians, hospital midwives, and nursing teams to ensure continuity of care * Participate in patient safety and quality initiatives (limited) Qualifications * MD or DO degree from an accredited institution * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology * Eligible for Florida medical license * Prior hospitalist or nocturnist experience preferred, but not required About Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare - Florida State University Health North Florida Women's Care operates out of Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare.
