Visiting Professor

Position Overview This is a visiting faculty position within the Division of Medical Physics and Engineering. Appointment will be at the rank of VisitingProfessor. Responsibilities Work on projects including AI-driven image reconstruction, image registration and image segmentation. Apply machine learning and deep learning techniques to solve challenges in image-guided radiation therapy, including real-time low-contrast liver tumor localization, automatic structure segmentation for online adaptive radiotherapy, and real-time MRI motion estimation and reconstruction. Qualifications Ph.D. degree in medical physics or a related field. Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and image-guided radiation therapy. Capability to conduct research in AI-driven image analysis for radiation oncology.
