As a Unit Manager, you will:

• Coordinate, manage, and evaluate resident care and unit operations
• Monitor to ensure appropriate and timely nursing documentation
• Communicate pertinent information regarding patient care and conditions to providers and patient representatives
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures

Qualifications for a Unit Manager:

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
• Current CPR Certification
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Demonstrate excellent clinical, customer service, and leadership skills
