Unit Manager (LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or RN - Registered Nurse)

This is an opportunity for a dynamic Unit Manager (LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse - or RN - Registered Nurse) to join our team of compassionate caregivers.

As a Unit Manager, you will:
- Coordinate, manage, and evaluate resident care and unit operations
- Monitor to ensure appropriate and timely nursing documentation
- Communicate pertinent information regarding patient care and conditions to providers and patient representatives
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures
Qualifications for a Unit Manager:
- Current LPN or RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
- Current CPR Certification
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Demonstrate excellent clinical, customer service, and leadership skills
