Position: Human Resource Business Partner Onsite - Culver city, CA (Onsite - 5 days) Full time Salary - $180k - $200k+Benefits Job id # 168665 Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin - "Proficiency in Mandarin is required as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China." Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and drive people strategies that support organizational objectives. This role partners closely with leadership to provide strategic and operational HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, talent management, organizational development, performance management, workforce planning, and change management. The ideal candidate is a proactive HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant Human Resources Business Partner experience. Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders within corporate or field-based organizations. Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, organizational development, talent management, and employment law. Experience supporting multi-state and/or global organizations is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday , UKG, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM is preferred. Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is considered an asset. Preferred Experience Experience supporting high-growth or rapidly changing organizations. Background in retail, manufacturing, technology, healthcare, consumer products, or professional services. Experience leading organizational change, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives. Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive business-focused HR solutions.
