Construction Site Foreman

At Fahs, Site Foremen are hands‑on leaders. You’ll run a mix of equipment, coordinate daily tasks, maintain grades, and keep quality, production, and safety tight. You’re the one everyone on site looks to when something needs to get figured out, sequenced, or fixed. You will work closely with a Project Superintendent and Project Manager, but you won’t be micromanaged. We respect field leadership and listen when you say something will or won’t work.
