Job Details Job Location: Southlake Headquarters – Southlake, TX 76092 Job Summary The Spine Team Texas Procedure Scheduler is responsible for scheduling all injections and procedures for patients. This position may also be cross‑trained to schedule surgeries for STT surgeons as a backup. This role communicates patient status with health team members and healthcare providers and actively participates in fulfilling the mission of Spine Team Texas. The Procedure Scheduler reports directly to the Scheduling Supervisor or Manager. Spine Team Texas Attributes Knowledge: The blending of job related education, skills and experience. Attendance: Consistent adherence to work schedule. Job Responsibilities Schedule all injections and procedures performed by Spine Team Texas physicians, including follow‑up appointments. Coordinate surgeries for STT surgeons as a backup when cross‑trained. Maintain active communication regarding patient status and progress with health team members and healthcare providers. Comply with all HIPAA regulations at all times. Provide quality customer service, maintaining confidentiality, problem‑solving, and accuracy. Participate in Spine Conference as required. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Spine Team Texas Clinical Director. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Must be able to sit for long periods in a well‑lit, air‑conditioned office environment. Must be able to lift a minimum of 5 pounds. Must work under pressure. Tasks involve no exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. Previous surgery and procedure scheduling experience required. Centricity experience preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational ability. Ability to plan and execute work projects. Ability to work productively, either independently or with others.
