Associate Pricing Analyst

Zimmer Biomet seeks an Associate Pricing Analyst to manage contract administration, pricing maintenance in SAP, and customer communications across medical device accounts. The role involves analyzing pricing agreements, preparing sales and impact reports, and ensuring accurate contract execution for national group purchasing organizations and healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer pricing agreements, verify accurate contract loading, and resolve price discrepancies with appropriate business judgment
• Manage contract lifecycle from RFP through initiation, maintenance, and sales reporting for customers and distributors
• Prepare sales history, average selling price, and impact analysis for national accounts and group purchasing organizations
• Maintain group membership lists, pricing updates, and hierarchy changes while serving as customer point of contact
• Generate reports analyzing sales trends, pricing impacts, and develop slides for internal price committee meetings

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years relevant experience, or associate degree with 2+ years, or bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical and oral/written communication skills
• Proficiency with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and experience with SAP or similar pricing software
• Knowledge of sales reporting, analysis software, and contract management principles
• Ability to prioritize work, meet strict deadlines, and manage large datasets
• Preferred: bachelor's degree in finance or business management with 1–3 years experience

Compensation: $57,000–$62,000 base, plus target bonus
