Under the direction of the nurse manager, manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care through the use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing, in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures. EEO/AA/Disability/Veteran Responsibilities Essential Functions: Assesses the patient’s physical and psychological condition on an ongoing basis throughout the continuum of care, documents the information obtained, and shares significant assessment data with the appropriate discipline. List core competency: Lists duties/tasks determining competency. Qualifications EDUCATION Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. EXPERIENCE 1–3 years of critical care nursing required.
