This position provides professionalsupport to the Fiscal Manager in the procurement of goods and non-professional services. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Supervises staff involved in purchasing, preparation and maintenance of financial records, reports budget andaccounts payable.
- Receives requests for all types of goods and non-professional services for processing in eMARS in accordancewith Model Procurement Code.
- Creates and issues requests for quotes from vendors.
- Negotiates with vendors regarding price, delivery, etc. for quotes and bid preparation.
- Monitors all purchase made for compliance with Model Procurement Code.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
