Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a supportive care team, serving as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care monitor patient conditions collaborate on care plans ensure safe, effective care document assessments and interventions advocate for patient needs participate in performance improvement initiatives and support shared governance activities.
