Key Responsibilities for the Sales Administrator:
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Process customer orders, quotes, and sales documentation.
- Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate inventory and customer records.
- Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives, warehouse staff, and internal departments.
- Track inventory from receiving purchased products into the warehouse through fulfillment and shipment of customer orders.
- Prepare reports, track sales activity, and assist with data management.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
Qualifications for the Sales Administrator:
- 2+ years of administrative, sales support, customer service, inventory control, warehouse operations, or office coordination experience.
- Experience managing the full inventory process, including receiving, tracking, and shipping products.
- Understanding of inventory flow, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
