Job Details Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 0+ Years of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active applicable license for the State of New Jersey; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization (highly desired) Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops treatment plans based on clinical reasoning. Maintains accurate, timely medical record documentation including goal setting, functional assessments, and billing procedures. Participates in student training programs and pursues ongoing professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional organizations. Adheres to all state practice acts and maintains licensure in good standing. Demonstrates commitment to performance improvement initiatives and safety standards in all daily activities.
