Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and customer‑focused Insurance Agent to join our growing team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients understand, select, and manage their insurance needs, offering expert guidance on a range of policies including auto, home, life, and health insurance. Your primary goal will be to provide tailored solutions that protect what matters most to individuals and families while building long‑lasting client relationships. This role combines sales, customer service, and relationship‑building. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment and is passionate about helping others achieve financial protection and peace of mind. You would receive award winning product and sales training on top of additional trainings from Corporate and the District Office. What is the culture like in your company? Is prior insurance sales experience required? NO! You do not need to know anything about the insurance industry prior to applying. All trainings will be given to you to ensure you have excellent product knowledge and sales skills. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve production goals and expand the agency’s book of business. Prepare quotes, proposals, and coverage comparisons tailored to client needs and budgets. Close sales by guiding clients through the application, underwriting, and policy‑binding process. Respond promptly to client inquiries, policy changes, and service requests. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry regulations, underwriting guidelines, and carrier products. Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, state laws, and ethical standards. Requirements Current Missouri insurance license or a willingness to obtain one (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health) Proven experience in insurance sales or customer service Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Self‑driven with a results‑oriented mindset Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software SELF MOTIVATED with a drive to succeed Positive attitude Coachable and open to constructive criticism #J-18808-Ljbffr
