In this role, you will Provide oversight to resident's daily care Communicate changes in condition and care, clearly and compassionately with residents and their families Collaborate closely with the Medical Director to support resident health and care plans Support, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to nursing assistants Part-Time, PRN Schedule 7a-7p Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) License Active Maryland LPN license Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.
