RN / Registered Nurse

Role Summary Our client, a progressive community healthcare system, is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, compassionate patient care across multiple inpatient departments. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment that emphasizes patient-centered care, professional development, and continuous quality improvement. Multiple openings are available across various specialty areas for both day and night shifts. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established nursing standards Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and clinical progress Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely Record vital signs, measurements, and other patient assessments Develop and coordinate individualized care plans with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams Maintain compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and regulatory standards Participate in patient rounds and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care Provide leadership and clinical support while working collaboratively with fellow caregivers Assist in maintaining unit readiness for regulatory and accreditation standards Required Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to obtain within one year of employment Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams Schedule & Compensation Full-time position (36 hours per week) Multiple openings across various clinical departments Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hourly pay ranging from $30.00 to $50.00 , based on education, experience, and assigned department Shift differential: $3.50/hour for eligible shifts $4.50/hour for eligible shifts Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan Paid Time Off Sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for eligible candidates (paid in three annual installments) Relocation assistance for eligible candidatesShift differential pay Professional development and career advancement opportunities Supportive, collaborative healthcare environment with ongoing investment in technology and patient care initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
