- Provide full-time urology outpatient and inpatient care at clinic and hospital setting
- Perform scheduled surgical procedures (2-3 days per week)
- Participate in on-call rotation based out of Wausau (7-10 days/month, including one weekend)
- Support outreach clinics in Wisconsin Rapids ( 1-2 days/month)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Document patient encounters accurately and timely
- Maintain compliance with hospital and health system policies
- Active Wisconsin medical license and Urology board certification or eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of Urology practice experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules

The provider will manage outpatient clinics, perform surgical procedures, and participate in call coverage, contributing to community health across Wisconsin.
