We are currently seeking a General Dermatologist to join a highly respected, physician-led practice in Minnesota. What the Practice Looks Like Full-time employed role (Monday–Friday, 8a–5p) ~25 patients/day (structured, supported workflow) No call requirements Established, high-demand patient base 3-4 day work week option available Scope of Practice General + Medical Dermatology Skin cancer screening and management Biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy Acne, psoriasis, eczema, rosacea Phototherapy, PDT, biologics, injectables Cosmetic dermatology (Botox, Dysport, etc.) MOHS surgery available onsite (MOHS lab in place) Interest in MOHS welcome More About the Role Fully equipped, state-of-the-art facility Strong clinical and administrative support Physician-led leadership with strong values Welcoming, stable, and diverse community Excellent schools + affordable cost of living Easy access to outdoor recreation year-round Compensation & Benefits Base compensation: $500,000–$510,000 $200,000 sign-on bonus $15,000 annual retention bonus RVU production upside Relocation assistance Full benefits: medical, dental, life, disability 403(b) retirement plan PTO: 6 weeks annually $5,000 CME + licensing allowance Malpractice coverage included Visa sponsorship available (H-1B / J-1) Requirements MD or DO Board certified or board eligible in Dermatology Completion of ACGME Dermatology residency Eligible for Minnesota licensure Open to relocation This is a high-autonomy, high-support dermatology practice built for physicians who want clinical volume without burnout.
