Customer Advocate Vending Machine

We are looking for Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to build a career at Carvana. Shift Requirements The hours are from 7 am – 3 pm or 1 pm – 9 pm. Team members are required to work 7 days a week, with days off rotating between weekdays and weekends. Compensation Hourly pay range: $22–$24 Starting pay: $22.00/hr At 3 months: $22.50/hr At 6 months: $23.00/hr Within the first year, you can progress from $22/hr to $24/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually. Eligible team members can earn a $0.50 increase every 90 days. Additional performance-based incentive programs may be available by location.
