Position / Specialty: ER RN 3p - 3a Years of experience REQ: 1 year First-timers accepted: Yes Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS Ratios: 1-5 with mixed/shared acuity levels Open to accommodating block schedule? They will try but not guaranteed Locals accepted: No (75 miles) Pending License accepted: No RTO Restrictions: Minimal RTO please RNs need to have a mandatory competency with phlebotomy as well as placing IVs as this is a required skill for any RN at Unity. Float Required: Y - when census warrants Every other weekend Required Skills: General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Phlebotomy, Starting IVs, Continuous IV paralytics, Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration, CVA, Isolation Precautions Epic Preferred Scrub Color: Any combo of navy and white Charting: Epic
