In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and work collaboratively across teams to deliver value for clients. You will use strategic sales approaches to manage a robust pipeline, achieve sales goals, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed monthly and annual sales goalsDevelop detailed strategic sales plans to demonstrate how to grow business within assigned accounts or territoryIdentify and qualify opportunities, develop a pipeline of viable opportunities and effectively manage the pipelineProvide accurate forecasts, customer, and market intelligence to management and business leadership and to the account teamUnderstand and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of LexisNexis productsIdentify and communicate effectively with executives or other high level officials within a customer's organizationCollaborate with other LexisNexis sales team members to secure new businessProvide input with account team on development of marketing plans and programs to maximize goalsRequirementsBe self-driven, motivated and results oriented with new business sales (or hunter) mentalityHave great new business prospecting, selling, negotiating and closing skillsHave great verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to an executive-level audienceHave the ability to effectively partner and collaborate across teamsHave deep understanding and use of Strategic Selling techniques and CRM systemExperience selling into Corporate AccountsExperience managing a complex sales process implicating other key stakeholders within the organizationWork in a Way That Works for YouWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization. Total Target Cash Range: $119,000 - $221,000.U.S. National Base Pay Range: $81,400 - $151,100, Total Target Cash Range: $125,300 - $232,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
