Assistant Food And Beverage ManagerRegents' Glen Country Club is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the Food & Beverage Director in overseeing daily operations across The Fairway Table restaurant, poolside dining, and Club events. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with solid restaurant experience who's ready to grow into a leadership position within a well-established, member-focused country club environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Food & Beverage Director with day-to-day management of restaurant, poolside, and event dining operationsHelp lead, schedule, and supervise FOH staff, stepping in on the floor during peak serviceSupport staff training, coaching, and performance managementEnsure consistent service quality and guest satisfaction for members and guestsHelp monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls in coordination with the F&B DirectorAssist with staffing coverage across the restaurant and pool during evenings, weekends, and special eventsAddress member and guest concerns promptly and professionallyHelp enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout F&B operationsStep in for the F&B Director as needed to ensure continuity of operationsQualificationsRestaurant experience required; supervisory or assistant management experience a plusStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work evenings and weekends, including special eventsComfortable managing staff and operations across multiple service areas (restaurant and pool)Professional, member-focused demeanor with strong problem-solving skills
