On-Call Apartment Maintenance Technician

Harborstone Apartments in Newport News is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs for residential units and common areas. You will support preventative maintenance programs, respond to service requests, and help ensure life-safety compliance. The role requires basic repairs knowledge (plumbing, electrical, carpentry), ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver's license.
