Shift: 3x12 Days (0645-1915). Ratios/Daily Caseload: 4 patients per nurse. Weekend requirement: Will work every other weekend. Floating: Clinicians will float as needed within scope. Unit takes patients of all diagnoses. Fast-paced unit with a high amount of patient throughput. Nurses typically manage a 1:4 patient ratio with a free charge. Charge may take up to 4 patients if needed, but does not happen often. Must be able to take tracheostomies with ventilators. Experience with Cerner preferred. Teaching hospital experience preferred. Level I Trauma experience preferred.
