Independent Contractors – Insurance Property Surveys Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys of both residential and commercial properties. The role is available for full‑time or part‑time work. Responsibilities Conduct inspections and survey properties. Take photographs and gather property details. Prepare and submit reports through the PC/Desktop portal, including attachments. Required Qualifications Reliable car for travel to inspection sites. Computer running Windows 10 or newer. Smartphone or digital camera for photography. Reliable home internet connection. Basic computer and communication skills. Coverage Area Jackson, TN.
