Tech - CT

Job Summary:
Seeking a experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment, working overnight shifts Friday through Sunday. The role involves operating advanced imaging equipment and providing high-quality radiologic services in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE 64-slice and Siemens Dual Source CT scanners to produce diagnostic images.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Start IVs and administer contrast media following established protocols.
• Collaborate with radiology staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate results.
• Document procedures and technical data accurately within Meditech and Fuji Synapse PACs systems.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality policies.

Qualifications:

• Possess ARRT (R)(CT) certification and BLS certification.
• Demonstrate advanced skills in CT imaging, including operating GE and Siemens scanners.
• Have at least 2 years of recent radiology experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently on night shifts.
• Capable of starting IVs and performing vascular and stroke CTs.
• Maintain a professional appearance in solid color scrubs.
