Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following: Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed. Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues. Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely. Perform store measurements and cycle counts. Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage. Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery. Deliver Legendary Customer Service via GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate. Ensure a shopping experience that differentiates from competitors. Provide peak coverage as needed, such as during the Day After Thanksgiving. Other duties may be assigned. Required Qualifications Experience in retail or merchandising is required; knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; literacy, numeracy, and ability to read and write are essential. Preferred Skills and Abilities Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and self-direction are important. Working Conditions Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor work involves hard surfaces and variable weather. Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours; travel between store locations in personal vehicle is required. Adhere to safety guidelines to promote a safe environment. Physical Requirements Ability to travel, push/pull up to 2000 lbs with equipment, lift overhead, and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, and climbing ladders. Operate store equipment and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds. Effective communication skills and the ability to move quickly and safely throughout the store and outdoor areas are essential. Disclaimer This overview is not exhaustive.
