What You’ll Do

As a Line Cook, you are responsible for preparing food safely, accurately, and efficiently while supporting the entire restaurant team.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing sandwiches, spuds, salads, and menu items to McAlister’s standards

Maintaining speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy service periods

Keeping a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen

Following prep recipes and portion standards

Communicating with teammates to ensure orders are completed quickly and correctly

Supporting the team during peak periods and helping maintain kitchen flow

Taking pride in delivering food that guests will love
