Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida (or eligibility)
• Experience delivering services in a school setting preferred
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for helping children overcome speech and language challenges

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop individualized educational plans (IEPs) and set appropriate, measurable goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students one-on-one and in groups
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation for all services delivered
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ overall educational experience
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities
