Family Medicine Physician

Family Medicine physician employment in Virginia : You will serve as a Family Practice Physician. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Examining active duty, family members and other authorized beneficiaries to diagnose diseases and conditions. Administering appropriate care and or referral of cases requiring hospitalization or subspecialty care. Performing procedures that may include vasectomy, reduction of simple fractures, lumbar puncture, emergency deliveries, endometrial biopsy, joint aspiration/injection, and procto sigmoidoscopy Reviewing physical requirements and conducting physical examination of various categories of military and civilian personnel. May supervise medical students/externs, residents and other non-professional health care providers when needed.
