Your Responsibilities Work closely with senior leadership of the company to support the financial functions of the business Maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger accuracy Prepare royalty reports for high-profile clients Inform and support budget planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning Identify financial risks and opportunities to inform forecast and strategic decision-making Assist in preparing financial reports and P&L statements for leadership review Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multi-entity structures Validate cash activity against expected transactions Prepare and send client invoices, and follow up on outstanding balances Track incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Coordinate with department leads to gather financial data and ensure accurate, timely reporting Help identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and internal tools Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial information Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred Prior experience in finance, accounting, banking, consulting, or a related field (through a job, internship, or student organization, or campus involvement) is required Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial systems Proficiency in Excel Strong analytical skills Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus Interest and familiarity with the entertainment industry are a plus Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills A proactive, self-starting approach - comfortable taking initiative and figuring things out independently Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential financial information Your Benefits Competitive salary based on prior experience Flexible time off Protected Weekends Premium health, dental, vision, and life insurance. 401(k) plan with employer match #J-18808-Ljbffr CMG Worldwide
