Certified Medication Technician (2pm - 10pm Shift). Must be able to work every other Weekend!
Job Details:- Verify the identification of a resident to assure appropriate care is being provided to residents.
- Recognize and respond to the needs of residents.
- Document changes in the resident's condition as soon as possible.
- Report resident's intake on meal percentage sheet.
- Document accidents and incidents when they occur.
- Assist with resident move-ins, transferring and move outs.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are handled in accordance with Community policies and procedures as instructed by leader.
