Mailing Support Associate (Temporary - 60 Day Assignment)

Location: Lancaster, PA
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 5 days per week
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Start Date: Immediate Openings Available

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Mailing Support Associates to join our production team for a 60-day temporary assignment . This role supports high-volume mailing and printing operations in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working around production equipment and noise.

Key Responsibilities

• Support mailing and print production operations
• Sort, prepare, and package printed materials for mailing
• Feed, stack, and remove materials from production equipment
• Perform repetitive hand work while maintaining quality standards
• Assist with organizing and moving materials throughout the production area
• Follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• Ability to stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday
• Comfortable performing repetitive hand and manual tasks
• Able to work in a manufacturing/production environment with noise from operating equipment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment

In this role you will be assisting the Press Operator as a Press Assistant/Press Helper within a printing company. You do not need to have this specific experience, but you do need to have a resume with up to date work history as well as longevity. We are seeking reliable candidates to apply to work in this general labor role in the printing press industry.
