Brand Ambassador - Seasonal

Summary As a Part-Time Brand Ambassador, you provide a personalized, on-floor shopping experience that drives daily sales and builds customer relationships. You support store initiatives, participate in team training, and use in-store technology to broaden product discovery and alternative purchasing paths. This entry-level role focuses on delivering Ralph Lauren brand standards while beginning to grow a clientele. Responsibilities Drive day-to-day sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Engage customers on the sales floor and represent RL brand experience expectations. Support and utilize More Ways to Shop tools and technologies (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home). Participate in team training, provide feedback to management, and support store initiatives. Maintain sales floor standards and assist with product discovery tools (QR codes, digital catalogs, virtual stores). Requirements Retail or similar high-volume specialty experience preferred. Strong customer communication skills and ability to build and maintain clientele. Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
