If you're driven by impact, fueled by equity, and ready to lead with compassion - this is where your next chapter begins. How You'll Lead Change as Regional Medical Director
- Work closely with the CMO todrive performance, uphold quality standards, and serve as liaison between the clinical and executive team.
- Provide strategic leadership for all clinical education initiatives, guiding the creation, execution, and evaluation of student training programs and overseeing a group of ~ 20 providers
- Act as a champion for population health, culturally competent care, and health equity across the region
- Someone who listens with intention, never stops asking "what's next", and is not intimidated by challenges but views them as a step towards a greater goal.
- Driven by a calling to serve diverse, historically underserved communities through compassionate leadership in primary care.
- Exceptional clinical expertise paired with a deep commitment to mentoring and developing others.
- Eager to evolve as a leader, with a clear drive to take on greater responsibility and impact.
- Medical Degree from an accredited institution, MD or DO
- CA Medical License
- BC in area of Specialty (Family Medicine or Pediatrics)
- 3-5 years of clinical experience
- Provider supervisory experience, leadership education, or related experience
- FQHC or related experience with minority or underserved population
