Construction Laborer

Join Our Team as a Construction Laborer! Brasfield & Gorrie is actively seeking motivated individuals to apply for the role of Construction Laborer. Below are the key responsibilities for this position: Note: This description may not cover all duties required for this position Maintain a clean and organized job site. Work at elevated heights when necessary. Engage in various physical labor tasks for construction projects. Utilize knowledge of tools and materials related to commercial construction. Operate hand and power tools, such as air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, and a variety of other equipment. Prepare construction sites, including digging trenches, setting braces, erecting scaffolding, and managing debris and rubble cleanup. Assist skilled craft workers as needed. Be prepared to work in all weather conditions; this may include prolonged bending, squatting, standing, and lifting. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a drug-free work environment. Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience Preferred: 1 year of experience in commercial construction. Must be capable of lifting up to 70 lbs. Ability to stoop, bend, and stand for extended periods is essential. Comfortable working at elevated heights.
