The CISS/DSP will help individuals stay active and engaged by providing transportation to fun community events, hobbies, appointments, shopping trips, and other outings / errands. The CISS/DSP will also assist with a variety of household duties including cleaning, laundry, meal prep, budgeting and establishing routines. This program is to help the person served with living independently and day-to-day routines.If you are passionate about providing care and are willing to challenge yourself daily to make a positive impact on the lives of those you care for, we want YOU on our team. Enrich and support the lives of the persons served while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care.Assist with activities of daily living, including community-based supports.Implement positive behavior supports and de-escalate challenging behaviors when needed.
