Packaging Engineer
Techno Glass (Guangdong) Co., Ltd.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Familiarity with common cosmetic packaging standards and materials (glass, plastic, aluminum, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in English; Chinese preferred but not required.
- Willingness to relocate and work full time in Guangdong.
- Exposure to global clients (L’Oréal, Avon , P&G, Victoria’s Secret, Il Makiage, etc.)
- A diverse, people-first culture with clear career paths
- Hands-on experience in a high-end manufacturing environment

- Develop, test, and validate packaging structures (bottles, pumps, caps, cartons, etc.).
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and design teams to optimize packaging solutions for perfume, skincare, makeup, and so on.
- Provide technical support to the sales and marketing teams for customer projects.
