Registered Nurse Substance Abuse (RN) - Day Shift

Join the dedicated team at Batlin Recovery Center , a leading provider of substance abuse treatment, in Marshall, MO, USA! As a Registered Nurse Substance Abuse (RN) - Night Shift, you will play a vital role in guiding patients towards a path of recovery and wellness.

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. As an RN, you will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team. Your passion for addiction treatment and commitment to patient-centered care will make a significant impact on our patients' journeys towards recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education

• Administer medications and other treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and group therapy

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Missouri

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a substance abuse treatment setting

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

• Active listening and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
