Field Services Engineering - Field Service Representative-US

Operating as a Field Service Representative, you will serve as a frontline technical expert, delivering essential operations and maintenance support for industrial water treatment systems. This mission-critical position entails managing a diverse portfolio of advanced technologies, encompassing media filtration, ultrafiltration (UF), and reverse osmosis (RO) platforms, to ensure optimal performance for our strategic partners. Key Characteristics: Conduct maintenance and calibration activities Consult with Veolia management and operation teams Excellent mechanical know how and problem-solving skills Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performanceCreate and maintain site paperwork and detailed technical summaries of work performed.Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems e Perform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, SDI, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirementsOther duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teamsSkilled in use of computers for reports, emails, service manuals, etc.Qualifications Education & Experience Required: High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent2+ years experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment Valid Driver's License Desirable: Bachelor or Associates Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate in maintenanceAbility to travel within NAM as required for training, etc.Ability to respond after hours and weekends This is a minimal travel roleWorking conditions can be outside, in a trailer using our fleet assets, or at fixed location
