Forklift Operator – Sit-Down / Stand-Up

NOW HIRING: Forklift Operators – Sit-Down & Stand-Up

Location: Swedesboro, NJ
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday
Hours: Start times may vary depending on operational needs and truck arrivals. Flexibility is required, especially during peak season.

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to support warehouse operations, including product movement, palletizing, sorting, and loading/unloading.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely.
• Move and organize pallets and products.
• Load, unload, and stage materials.
• Assist with palletizing and wrapping products.
• Use RF scanners to scan and track products.
• Support warehouse sorting and general material handling.
• Follow safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
• Perform general warehouse duties when not operating the forklift.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of sit-down and/or stand-up forklift experience required.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently.
• Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical warehouse work.
• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Flexibility to work additional hours during peak season.

Important: Forklift operators will not be on the forklift all day and may also perform sorting and other warehouse duties.

Dress Code:

• Steel-toe work boots required.
• Jeans with no holes.
• Clean T-shirt with no profanity/offensive images.
• Hoodies allowed.
• No tank tops, muscle shirts, jewelry, or backpacks.
