Job Description
Conduct on-site inspections and ensure projects comply with company and industry standards. Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Maintain accurate records of work performed and provide detailed reports to management. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during on-site activities. Communicate with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction with services provided. Support project managers in achieving project deadlines and quality benchmarks. Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry best practices.

Client facing role - presentable and polished. A strong understanding of construction processes and tools. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively. A commitment to following safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations. Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
