Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2070 per week.

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - UnityPoint Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 24 months of MS/Medical Surgical and/or Tele/Telemetry experience in a hospital or medical center setting required. Ortho/orthopedic and general surgery care experience required. Drip experience required: Insulin, Cardizem, Heparin, Amiodarone. First-time travelers accepted if they have 24 months minimum of current nursing experience.

Special Requests: Minimum 50-mile radius; no locals.

Unit Details: Patient types include telemetry and post-op surgical, including ortho and general surgery patients. Will be responsible for reading and measuring telemetry strips.

Shift & Scheduling: No call. Every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation if scheduled.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission
