We are looking for an experienced person to lead our Overhead Door Division, overseeing operations and driving the division toward continued growth. Position Summary: The Overhead Door Division Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the Overhead Door Division, including operations, sales, project management, and team development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to drive results while maintaining a high standard of service and safety. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the Overhead Door Division, ensuring efficient and quality service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to increase division revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and develop the division team, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet or exceed client expectations. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations. Monitor division performance metrics and provide regular reports to higher level management. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in the overhead door industry or a related field, with a focus on management or leadership roles. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and inspire a team, adopting a positive and productive work environment. Solid understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
