In this role, your mission and responsibilities will be to:

Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Assembler is responsible for operating and maintaining assembly equipment in a safe and efficient manner to achieve the quality and production standards of the company.

• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions to complete assigned tasks.
• Use hand tools and basic equipment to assemble components and complete assigned tasks safely.
• Gather, count, and verify parts and materials required for production jobs.
• Prepare kits by accurately organizing and staging components according to production requirements.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and materials to ensure accuracy before assembly or kit release.
• Perform visual inspections of components and finished assemblies to identify defects or discrepancies.
• Maintain accuracy when performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
• Complete required production, quality, and inventory documentation accurately and timely.
• Report material shortages, damaged parts, or quality concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established work instructions and standardized processes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Assist with inventory accuracy through cycle counts and material audits as required.
• Maintain organization of parts, materials, and work areas using 5S or other workplace organization standards.
• Meet daily production and quality goals while maintaining attention to detail.
• Other duties as assigned

Experience and requirements:
You're a curious problem solver who can bring big ideas to life. You're creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You're agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we always deliver top-notch customer experiences. You also have:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in heavy duty machining/ manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read tape measure and blueprints.
• Ability to read and understand work order routings and instructions.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills.
