Position Summary Our Care Partners (CNA/HCA) provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living and ensuring comfort, safety, and well‑being while promoting independence and dignity. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring while following protocols and regulations. Prioritize independence and emotional support through compassionate care and companionship. Encourage participation in enrichment activity programs. Perform light housekeeping duties such as making beds and tidying rooms. Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Valid state CNA or HCA license. Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain. At least 12 months of professional caregiving experience. Experience with memory care preferred. Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, empathy, patience, and professionalism. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and high integrity.
